I have been vegetarian for about a year now and have wanted to make the transition to veganisn. Having a dietary restriction is already so difficult in attempting to figure out places to eat but this app seems to do all the work for me. Even though I’m not vegan yet, I am still provided a more specific array of options for my lifestyle as is. Great app!! What I love the most is its location accuracy.

I was unsuccessfully trying to transition from a vegetarian to vegan diet, but oftentimes I would just cave in and get food that was close by because I didn’t feel like hunting for a place or ordering a salad. With this app, I’ve been perfect for two weeks and counting! It’s super helpful in finding places to eat & I advise all vegans/vegetarians/people just in the mood for a healthy meal to use it!!

As someone who is always looking to accommodate friends with differing dietary restrictions, it’s great to find an app that can easily point me in the right direction. I love the filters for things such as “raw diet” and more practical filters such as “open now.” This is easier to use then yelp for these reasons and more comprehensive in terms of certain types of vegan food.

I recently decided to start my Vegan journey and I am the type of person that likes to utilize any type of app to help me with whatever I have going on. So I searched up “vegan” here on the App Store and I came across Vegan Maps - and i must say that “I. Love. It!” Being a full-time student, I barely have time to cook but this app has helped me locate Vegan restaurants near me. This has made the start of my vegan journey pretty smooth for the most part. That’s is why I’m giving this application a 5/5??
