Used to love the App but….

Used to love the app as a design professional got the app back in 2017 paid 9.99 used it religiously before the pandemic cause I travelled so much. Recently got a new device reinstalled it now saying I have $30 a year. I’m sorry I understand needing to fund your app development. But if I paid once when that was available I shouldn’t have to move to a subscription model.

Update: They contacted me and said they’ve fixed the bug and that my previous purchases should now work. I’m happy for their response. This is a very useful app and powerful. My go to for designs on a mobile device. App can be a bit slow if you have a lot of designs but otherwise I’m happy with it.

They helped me out by fixing a bug in their system!

Wishing for a pen tool!

I’ma professional illustrator and LOVE this app BUT it needs a pen tool for it to be perfect. The intuitive interface and interactions are so incredible! It’s insanely better interactions than Adobe Illustrator for the iPad. I so deeply wish for is a PEN tooool or a pencil tool so I can create very custom shapes and illustrations and it would help me move away from my laptop for vector illustrations and towards just my iPad. Thanks for making such an incredible app!

Subscription doesn’t work

I tried subscribing for the free trial and no matter how many times I pressed the button, and even submitted the payment, it won’t give me the upgraded version. Not worth

Garbage and theft. Charged $42.98 as soon as downloaded and deleted.

I downloaded this glanced through it and deleted it within two minutes and it charged my account $42.98. I expect a refund immediately. I will be contacting my banking facility and filing charges of fraud.

This looks like a great program. But many basic features, such as text, seem to require a subscription. That is discouraging.

This App is great but I am continuously having to delete what I make The video tells you what you what you could do what is isn’t telling you is that you have to pay for basically everything? I was over the moon to get this app but when I opened it and saw you could only make a number of paintings I was furious this app only gives you the freedom to put sheets on a piece of paper you can’t even do half the stuff that’s in the video so what I think they should do make it to where you have the exact freedom to do whatever you want you shouldn’t have to pay for everything.
