Being asked to pay again

I bought this app years ago. I enjoyed the free version, so I paid for the premium version in order to get unlimited space. Now all of a sudden I’m limited to 20 pictures and told to get unlimited I have to pay a weekly subscription. That’s total crap and I feel like I was robbed of my initial payment. This app is nothing but someone who steals from you.
Blank White Screen

Since the update I can’t get this app to open at all. It goes directly to a blank white screen and then it crashes. I’m very concerned about not getting my pictures and videos out of the app. I hope this gets corrected.

I had the previous version of this app for years and was happy with it. Upgraded my phone and downloaded the app again and now all it does is show me a screen to sign up to pay yearly. Can’t use it whatsoever. Delete.

After updating this app I attempted to open up vault lock and entered my password and all I get is a blank white screen. How am I suppose to get all my pictures and videos back. These updates always have issues..This is not the first time this has happened but I thought it was my phone. So I uninstalled but gave it another chance months later. This app is a piece of garbage I paid to upgrade and I lost everything Save your money, time and not get aggravated and go with a different app because this one is @&$%#^*€><|%££....if I could rate this app -1000 I would..it sure do t deserve the 1 rating I am force to choose.

Used to work perfectly. Upgrades add many bugs. Won’t import videos anymore. I recommend other more reliable programs. Also does not backup/work with iPhone backup (used to work a few years ago...as they’ve added more “pay for” features that used to work it seems hopelessly buggy and broken)

I switched phones from an IPhone 7 to IPhone X none of my photos can over and when I try and open Vault Lock all it does is ask me to by the premium version.

Wow. So it works. It breaks. It works it breaks. Now it’s saying to get the premium account and I lost all my pics. Update 3/21. They made it where you pay for the app and I lost all my pics from the free version. I emailed the company. Never got back to me
