Previously paid for unlimited app. Come back to find it’s now all locked behind a subscription based model and despite paying for this app it now has zero functionality with no ability to retrieve my photos or videos. Utter hunk of junk and crap customer service.

I paid for the premium version. Up until ios 12.2 it worked seamlessly. I can no longer access the functional portion of the app nor recover my stored data.

This app is so bad. I don’t even know what else’s to say. It’s just a blank white screen. I’ve never done a review for an app but I felt like I had to for this one. It should get a negative star rating.
Won’t reset email/password

I pay $2.99 a month for this garbage. It won’t let me access my account. When I click send recovery email it says “whoops somethings wrong” when I go to change the email address it says “invalid email address”. As if the Developers are in my nephews 2nd grade class. This is mickey mouse! Fix your app.
