This games is really fun and addicting but for the last 24 hours I have not been able to open my inbox to collect my rewards, it loads then completely kicks me off the game. Hopefully it's just a minor bug issue and I hope it gets fixed soon. :(

Constantly can not connect to this game. During the last bingo event there were numerous issues that they claimed were fixed. After that I still experienced numerous issues and contacted customer support now 3 times over a 2 week period to which I have only received automated responses and no response to even acknowledge they received it. Wish I knew this before I wasted $160 on this game. Won't happen again

Rarely do I review, but for a game with in app purchases, I find it astonishing there is no way to request help aside from the in game help button. Not very helpful if you can't get in game because of a connection error with a code. Tried on my wifi, friends wifi across town, LTE. Nothing. Last four hours of an event where are you must rank to win a reward. Last straw for me with a company whose other game is just as glitchy and run in a way that is not entirely above board.

Haven't found any issues or problems, non-stop events, somewhat to get used to the game afterwards it becomes rather normal. Starters will require help on bosses.
Love Valkyrie Crusade.

I really like this game. The story is good and it is actually fun to play with lots of events and features to hold my attention. The artwork is fantastic. The NPCs are entertaining and cute. We can also, usually earn some pretty decent maiden cards, which is nice.
