No customer support – Valkyrie Crusade Review

Constantly can not connect to this game. During the last bingo event there were numerous issues that they claimed were fixed. After that I still experienced numerous issues and contacted customer support now 3 times over a 2 week period to which I have only received automated responses and no response to even acknowledge they received it. Wish I knew this before I wasted $160 on this game. Won't happen again
