I’m using this app on my iphone 7 and for some mysterious reason, all of my questions are presented to me on a nearly black background. I can barely read the text. Is this some sort of joke??
New version causing problems with Touch ID

Consistently fails Touch ID sign in and forces me to reload my password. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling with no change.
Touch login does not work well at all for me

For some reason I am never able to sign into the app with my fingerprint. Since you have to login each time you use the app, this feature functioning right would be very nice

Security is important but must have easier log in method. Please fix Face ID login for newer iPhones. It always fails.
Can not rest Touch ID username and password!

I am using Uworld for Step 2 and I have a different username and password than when I used it for Step 1. There isn’t a way to reset password. So I have to let it fail, then manually change it ??. (Update) Thanks for the advice. My TouchID works with my new login now!

Randomly answers certain questions for me

This is a recent bug for me using this app. Sometimes when I answer a question and quickly move on to the next one, the letter choice from the previous question would somehow get carried over to the next question. I know I didn’t pick the answer myself because the time spent on that question would always be 0 seconds. It’s been very frustrating but also happens intermittently enough that I do not know how to reproduce the issue to fix it.
Highlight function is broken for months, is anyone even listening?

You need to highlight text multiple times in order to get that highlight option, sometimes an empty box shows up which does nothing upon clicking. Developers, please for the love of God, see it for yourselves by installing it on your iPad as an end user. This has been a major issue I have been facing for months! And no one bats an eye for a huge premium paid.
