Pretty good but can continue to improve.

Off the top of my head I can say that this app is very helpful when away from your computer. The speed of notes and navigation is irrefutably faster on a PC/Mac platform + mouse but this a great way to get away from the craziness and review on the beach. I wish there was the ability to use a graphic or table and make additional notes on the same side of the flash card. Maybe you can but I haven’t figured it out yet.
Display of lab values is terrible and a deal breaker

The method by which this app displays lab values is a deal breaker for me. It covers the question text and does’t allow simultaneous highlighting of the text which mandates a total change in how I handle timed questions. Worse, any movement of the lab values window or scrolling within that window is lost once the window is closed (to highlight text etc) and reopened. There is enough room on an iPad screen to put the lab values side by side like on a pc. Alternatively, show the lab value window while allowing interaction with the question text and answer choices and save the pane and the place last scrolled to when the window is reopened within the same question. These issues don’t allow me to use this app at all in timed mode. Only untimed or review. Please fix! This is still an issue months later
Add integration for for Smart Keyboard/Bluetooth keyboards

App works great on iPad Pro, it would be even greater if smart keyboards/ Bluetooth keyboards worked with this app to flip between questions, make flash cards, etc.
Issues with selected answers

It randomly keeps omitting my answers. I don't even know until after the exam if it did or didn't. Also seems to randomly have an answer different than what I selected which is a nuisance when going back to read my choices. Highlighting is a pain in the app and swiping side to side to the next question sometimes works but most of the time it doesn't.

Password manager support

This app explicitly does not allow pasting in passwords and as such can not be use my securely generated password as it would take too long to type manually. App is useless since I can not log in.
Highlight

Everytime I try to highlight the screen assumes I'm at the top of the page and keeps scrolling my page up when trying to highlight. Being the only app I use the whole day this is a really frustrating glitch.
Navigation swipe is buggy!

I try to study with my phone but when I tried a navigation swipe, it doesn’t swipe to next question. It is really frustrating when I do question with full screen mode. I have to exit from full screen and click next button for next question. It is really time consuming when you study with timed mode!

Still no support for iPhone X

I have >40 apps installed on my phone and this is the only app that has still not been updated to support the larger screen on the iPhone X. Even categories of apps that are traditionally quite slow to accommodate changes in iOS device size (eg, banking apps, airline apps) have updated their apps to take agvantage of the larger screen. This should be embarrassing. Developers, please update the app with this very basic functionality.
