DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I bought this translator and downloaded this app to help my Spanish speaking students. It does not work. I am on teacher salary, and my money is valuable to me. Stop ripping people off!!!

Watched an ad with a lady running through different companies with a hand held device. I clicked the link and ordered the device. When I got the device and found it had to be paired with my iPhone while using an app, I went ahead and downloaded the app and paired to my iPhone. The app says it is paired. The device doesn’t work. I can’t press one button, speak into it, let go of that button, and then here the translation to the destination language. I can’t push the other button on the device to allow the other person to speak in, release the button, and hear the response in my language. All that happens when I push either of the buttons is for the device to declare: DISCONNECTED! I set it up properly in the app. Don’t be duped by this foul product like I was. Don’t be duped by the ad that is rather prevalent on Facebook and Instagram that has the English lady running around through Asia with a working device. Save your money.

I didn’t think to look up the app download before purchasing or I would have never paid for this stupid thing. It doesn’t work! Now to find the stupid ad on Facebook to leave my review there.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT- it does not work and the app does not work. Hardware does not charge and will not pair with iPhone. App does not proceed beyond pairing failure

I just got this and it doesn’t work....I am unable to use this with my phone. Just horrible as I travel a lot and need translation

This product works ok with my iPhone if to have other Bluetooth connection will not work well but other then that you must have good WiFi or data for the translator to work
Does not work using translator remote!

I can’t even write for support because it’s not in English. I bought translator remote- it said to connect to iPhone using this app. Nothing comes out of remote - directions are very poor! Anyone know how to use the translator remote?

I had no problem downloading the app and hooking it up to my iPhone 8 it works as advertised. The translator even hooks up to my SUV and translates when I have a client that has a problem communicating with me in the vehicle. I love it I’m giving it five stars everybody I show it to wants one.
