Amazing game just needs a few fixes

Really great game I play it with my friends all the time. I love the way everything is up to u if u want it go make it! But after the new update a lot of things don’t work like they are supposed to. The trade house is basically closed, the hearth raids? Idk how to get that to work, or how it works lol. But over all the open world and freedom u have in this game is amazing

I like the game it’s awesome the things that you do. But I do not like every time I build a house or have everything I need it disappears every time I come back into my game I’m not gonna keep on doing it over and over again need to fix your issues your glitches your problems and your game?

It is great, but there should be more servers, and ways that we could delete old characters...all the piled up characters is annoying and I want to delete them but can’t. That’s all.

Please learn how to spell BEFORE you leave a negative review! Bad spelling makes one think, does this person really know what the heck they’re talking about? Okay is not okii, when is not wen and confusing is Not confussing. I could seriously go on with your spelling, but I’ve made my point! it makes your review look like a joke! Don’t you use spell check? Yes, the game needs to have more of a direct approach, needs more how to do’s, more of a tutorial! Great graphics however. Could be a 5 Star game. Please don’t complain about this game, or any other game that you FTP ppl think is a P2W game. If a game doesn’t make you pay for the content upfront, there will be in app purchases! IF you want to advance faster, there’s always in app purchases. A game that says free means it’s FREE TO DOWNLOAD, NOT FREE TO PLAY IT ALL! These developers work their butts off to give you a great game, and frequent updates. It’s their JOB! Would YOU work for free? Um.. Nope didn’t think so! So why expect ANY developer to do that? These guys have families and bills like the rest of us! Give them a break, dang!
New update issue.

Most recent update messed up the screen size for my iPad Pro 11inch late 2018 model..please fix. I’m a big supporter of this game.

I have a good 20mbps wifi plan but after the update I always had a hard time getting into the game im always stuck with the loading screen can't access my character
