What a waste of time

pissedpostalcustomer

This is hands down the worst app I have ever tried to use. I was hoping to scan a receipt to confirm delivery. That wasn’t possible without being redirected at least twice and forced to fill out a survey.

Absolute Garbage

DSS001

This app just kept forcing me to do surveys. Very frustrating!

Just go to the website

Nachoslovers

The app is lacking and far behind what the actual website is capable of you need information about them just use there website don’t bother with the app.

Worth only to save your tracking numbers

Mmindiq

I don’t see any point of using this app except tracking a package which can be saved. The rest is useless in the app because it take you to Browser. Conclusion: either managers are stupid or developers are not getting paid.

Buggy

humblesouljah

App is extremely buggy majority of the time. Always getting the message having technical difficulties. It's useful for the few times it wants to work.

Store Addresses & Other Useful Features

nitamad

Just started using this. It would be amazing if you could store names, and addresses so if you needed them you could look them up, or even better, print them to labels for Christmas mailing, weddings, etc. The more you make the app & accounts a "go to" product, the more traffic & money the USPS will generate! I look forward to new innovations!

Error message

Pbinpcb

Informed delivery doesn’t work. Keep getting error message: “Error 500: Context: eagnmncom1a5dNetwork/clusters/rmincluster, name: /ejblocal:ejblocal:RminEAR/RminEJB.jar/ConfigurationServices#com.usps.utils.ejb.session.ConfigurationServicesLocal: First component in name /ejblocal:ejblocal:RminEAR/RminEJB.jar/ConfigurationServices#com.usps.utils.ejb.session.ConfigurationServicesLocal not found.”

Would be nice to save an address

Flyrxguy

I primarily use to app to schedule a package pick up from my home. It would be nice if I could save my address as a favorite within the app. As it stands now I have to enter my address, phone number, and email manually each time I submit a request. Very inefficient.

Cannot Sign Into USPS Acct from App

Russ78Atl

Why can’t you sign into your USPS account from within the app? Without that option, there’s no use for the app. Sad...

Horrible

BParkm

I haven’t been able to use the Track button going on a week now. No sign of improvement.
