Label will not print!!

ItsMeRlly

So I can pay for a label with no problems, but there is not a way to print the shipping label over Mobile phone. I’ve had to request a refund numerous times.

Removed from my smartphone as useless.

The scanning device in this tracking app scans receipt codes but then links you only to a survey, no information, no other link to any useful information. You are no better off than just going to the website where you must tediously enter in an endless number. ??!!

This might be unfair

But the app is okay, the tracking on the app is horrible. Idk if it’s the service with USPS and not this app but whatever it is. USPS is not ever reliable with me and I absolutely wish places I ordered from would NEVER EVER EVER USE USPS

Beta Testers

Wild Spirit

We must be the beta testers for this app because it’s completely worthless. Do yourself a favor and delete it now.

USPS Tracking

I have used this for so many years, bugs have been fixed over time. Works well with my IPhone X IOS 11.2.5. I’ve saved tracking number since last year 2017 for my record. I can even edit the name instead of the numbers especially when I order more than two items so I can track which item has arrived.

Typical USPS

Exactly what you expect from our postal service.

Terrible system

Post Office had a QR code on receipt. Scanned it and it made me do a survey which I could not skip and then asked directed me to Safari to sign up with account to track the shipment. Had to manually type long number in app but at least that worked. No one who designed this has ever actually used the product.

If it's not broke don't fix it

I don't know why they updated but is a fail. It was a reliable app with fast updates on packages. I was tracking a package yesterday that it said was to be delivered. It was but, it still said it had not been delivered 8 hours after I had received it. Reliability has become an issue now. I will be removing this app from my phone and hopefully restoring the older version from my laptop. Ugh.... hasn't gotten any better from my last review. Now the majority of packages are just telling me "on there way to destination" and not telling me where it is located. I use to be able to judge when they would be delivered by what hub the package had passed through but now I can't tell if it's getting closer or going around in circles.

Not a real app

This is no so much an app as it is just a collection of internet shortcuts. There are no settings in the app for standard options such as “signing in with one touch”. It’s annoying to need to sign in every time I click on a tile in the app. May as well just go to usps.com and sign in without the app taking up unnecessary space on my iPhone since it appears to just take you to the website anyway. I will leave the app on my phone in hopes that the signing in issue can be resolved, but I don’t really see that happening anytime soon.

Can’t deliver a package. You don’t need an app.

4 days so far to take a box that was 78 miles from me day 1 to a post office 135 miles away day 3 where they realized it was the wrong zip code (USPS’ fault not mine or the shipper/I checked - we got it right) and now day 4 maybe it will deliver tomorrow day 5. A box they had at my local post office today, but decided let’s really piss him off and deliver it yet ONE more day late for a total of 5 days. Why is it UPS and fedex figured it out and you guys can’t? Billions and billions we have pumped into this agency and you still can’t deliver a box?! You don’t need an app. You aren’t ready for prime time yet. Apps are for companies that know what they’re doing. Close the USPS and privatize it. Contract it out to UPS or Fedex. Save the taxpayer money. Better yet stop delivering mail. 99% of what I get I throw out. It’s junk. Why if global warming is real are we driving around stuff most people throw away??? Filling up the landfill. We have email and email is electronic mail. It’s no different. Pull up the mailbox posts, park the vehicles because the USPS after over 200 years of delivering mail - an agency for over 46 years; can’t deliver a BOX in less than 5 days that’s 135 miles away from its destination. If I had know this I would have drove out there and got it myself!
