Used to work great. Doesn't anymore. Don't buy until it's updated

After playing just one puzzle the app froze up and stayed that way. In reading the reviews this has been a topic for years. Obviously no one from the developers of this app are reading these. I love playing the USA Today puzzles on the computer and am really disappointed in this junk app.

Freezes

When will USA Today solve the problem where the app freezes after each successful completion. Have to close the app and restart to go to the next puzzle. Great crosswords.

I love to solve these puzzles. I have recently been informed that it needs to be updated to work with IOS upgrades. Actually it freezes at the end of solving the puzzle, which is frustrating. Please update it to be more compliant with IOS ASAP!

Keep getting alerts from Apple saying that the USA Today crossword app needs updating. They are warning of iPhone slow downs and future disabling. Hope you respond to this. I really enjoy the app and would be happy to pay for it. Linda

Used to Be Great

I used to love this app! But with new iOS, and no updates this app is nothing but frustrating. It constantly locks up so that you have to exit the app and go back in. No app is worth the hassle - even if it's free! USA Today should be upset to have their name on this app.
