Froze the first time I opened it. The GUID looked like it was developed in the mid 90s.
Desperately needs an update

My favorite daily relaxation, but now, it freezes when using some functions. But, worse, it freezes after solving a puzzle and doesn't re-set until the next day. I want my puzzles back please.

This is the best crossword app out there, but I would really like a working app that doesn't freeze every time I finish a puzzle! Please update!

I looooved this app when it came out and still do but the bugs drive me crazy. Freezes when you complete a puzzle or use a help function. USA Today please help!!

No update since September of 2010? There have been multiple iOS updates since then, this app had not caught up. Glitchy. Freezes.

I could deal with the occasional freeze. But when I redownloaded it on my new phone, if I couldn't change the settings. Have been searching for a good replacement and so far I've found one that looks pretty similar: Crosswords by Stand Alone, Inc. Another I have found I like is Penny Dell Crosswords. I'm not sponsored or a sponsor of either of these, but find they are a decent replacement for this. Both are free, but if you want more puzzles, you have to buy "pro." Though the former (Crosswords) has more free puzzles to start with.
