"DRINK SOME HOT TEA"

Vlvideo

There, I just saved you the $3.99 charge for making a call on this app. My girlfriend's daughter has had a severe chest cold and cough for a week. She called these clowns, hoping to get a prescription for antibiotics for her obvious infection. Instead, the "nurse" refused to let her talk to the doctor, instead, telling her to "drink some hot tea". As I write this, Katie is on the way to the hospital. Her cough/infection has gotten so severe that she is now vomiting green. Swell app (I'm being sarcastic). Don't waste your time or your money, and certainly do not trust your health to these amateurs. It's a racket. $3.99 doesn't sound like much, but if you collect that from a few thousand people it really adds up.

AWESOME

Urgent Care

Rainbow1948

I went to Dr J's Urgent Care in Abilene last summer!!! Clean facility, also friendly professional staff! They were terrific and made sure I was ok since I was traveling. Yes I waited but when you go anywhere you have to wait! Loved the Nurse Practioner Jessica Castillo FNP. Would highly recommend them.

So annoying!

I've called them 12 times in the last hour. The call gets disconnected - no one helps, transfer me 90 times. I've spelt my name 17 times. I'm scared to look at my bank account prolly out buying food and clothes with my money. Fudge! Just go to urgent care.

Misleading

OhioAg'92

I called and spoke to a very nice admin, then a very nice Nurse. We went through questions, and the Nurse concluded that I most likely have a sinus infection and that I need to see a Doctor for antibiotics. She said "you should see a doctor within the next 4 hours". Then, she ended the call. What was the point? I could have gone to urgent care and skipped this app. Why didn't she simply have a Doctor call me back like the app advertises??

Great to have on your phone/ tablet/

Mrmarmar

Did not have to use, but it is great to keep it on your cell/tablet,lets say your drive'n& you need help, hey Dr. on the phone, thats great i think, you never know, GOD Bless

How to remove it?

Christoxox

How to remove this up from iPhone? I did not expect I would be required to pay $4 per call I can manage for free to find urgent care centers!

Great App

I called and spoke with a very nice nurse who gave me great advice. I had a cough that just started and she provided me with advice on how to help decrease it and when I should see a doctor. Lots of good advice that I didn't think to try. The nurse offered to have me speak to a doctor but I wasn't to that point yet. I wanted to try home care advice first. It does cost extra to speak with a doctor and the nurse can't prescribe any meds so if you are looking for a prescription, slip the nurse and speak with a doctor. Love love love this app!
