She called these clowns, hoping to get a prescription for antibiotics for her obvious infection. Instead, the "nurse" refused to let her talk to the doctor, instead, telling her to "drink some hot tea". As I write this, Katie is on the way to the hospital. Her cough/infection has gotten so severe that she is now vomiting green. Swell app (I'm being sarcastic). Don't waste your time or your money, and certainly do not trust your health to these amateurs. It's a racket. $3.99 doesn't sound like much, but if you collect that from a few thousand people it really adds up.
