I love this game!

????????

They fixed the bugs, and it works great now!

Great game except for one oddity

ebandit

I really enjoy this game. It loses one star for me because if you buy one of the “extra goodies” on one device it DOES NOT carry over to another device even though you are logged into the same account.

Would like to see definitions of some crazy words that pop up

GREAT GAME!

Never would believe the words that work ... and don’t work! Should be limited to maybe 3 tries as for trying to see what letter might work. I play people from all parts of the world. Very interesting. Had to get used to the idea that I probably wasn’t going to play someone at one sitting.

When you want a change from Scrabble

PCT2

I love how challenging this game is and enjoy the clean interface. Also it has significantly fewer bugs than Scrabble! The ad-free version is well worth the purchase.

Player notification

angel2657

This new pop up telling me that Joe Blow is ready to play is really annoying. Sometimes I have to remove 4-5 of those so that I can make my play with my current player. The next game bar was all we needed to know that there was another player waiting.

Updated Version

R~Eddy

The updated version still needs some tweets. It takes too long to reload after a word that is not played, the sound does not always work. Even so, I enjoy this game immensely.

I love upwords much more than words with friends

Obnoxious Political Ads

Furfull

I was so excited to find this game in an app, but unfortunately it runs obnoxious political ads - over and over again. It just was way over the top and I had to delete the game.

Pay to skip commercials??? PLEASE!!!

Off10cr8tive

Fun game to play with people who live at a distance or, for example, during a pandemic when you can’t go to your neighbor’s house for the real game. You can play up to 4 in person, just pass the iPad (it didn’t show up well on my iPhone 6) or invite one person remotely to play. Virtually playing worked well because I could pair up and easily work with another person if the other “one player” were in a different house or state. However, I really, really, really would like the option of paying for the app and not suffering through the commercials.
