I had problem logging on but the second time I tried I was connected

This app is an absolute godsend. Less than two hours from the time I first noticed UTI symptoms to having a filled prescription in hand (at 11:30pm)! Nurse practitioner was friendly and knowledgeable, and while she was quick, I also feel like she took adequate time to explain options and medications. I don’t want to think about what shape I’d be in if I’d had to wait for urgent care or my doctor’s office to open the next morning.

Got me all the way through to connecting with medical personnel and then the app shut down 5 times in a row. I never got to video chat with anyone.

I’ve used this app twice. Once for a sinus infection, about eight months later for an ear infection. Both times I was directed to see a doctor in person. Once it was the weekend, the other time it was due to a snowstorm. I don’t understand the point of advertising this service or treatment only to be told seeing an online physician is inadequate. I’d recommend live health online.

I just had pink eye which I got from my little one. I decided to try out the online doctor because it is cheaper than urgent care and I would not have to leave the house. It was quick and easy. No wait time and the doctor was able to answer my questions. I definitely would try it again!

This app is extremely helpful when I am feeling miserable and do not want to leave my house to see a doctor. I am very thankful to have this option 24/7 with UPMC providers who always take care of me and prescribe me what I need to feel better — whether it is a prescription medication or simply home remedies that will knock out what I have going on, quickly.
