Useless – UPMC AnywhereCare Review

I’ve used this app twice. Once for a sinus infection, about eight months later for an ear infection. Both times I was directed to see a doctor in person. Once it was the weekend, the other time it was due to a snowstorm. I don’t understand the point of advertising this service or treatment only to be told seeing an online physician is inadequate. I’d recommend live health online.
