Besides the other comments about not being able to do anything besides arm/disarm & the text notifications coming in as different phone numbers, I am now experiencing inconsistencies regarding notifications from the app. I don't like using the text feature because it clogs up my messages but now I don't even get my notifications from the app regarding arm/disarm. Useless!

It quit sending Audible notifications, i.e. No sound...no text..does not work...how hard is it to fix an app..?

Lame, inconsistent, no functionality, only works 40% of the time, usually just says “no internet connection“, these folks could care less. Customer service dose not exist. Looking at changing services & radios due to their sorry business model.

First update in two years and it’s not available. This app is rudimentary at best and often fails to correctly report the state the alarm is in. It also fails to connect and allow you to set the alarm. They should just give it up.
Will you at least try to make this better?

I would've given it 2 stars (1 for arm, another for disarm) but I had to deduct 1 star for push notifications not working. Sadly, the app is really just an on/off toggle. No Arm-Stay option available.

This App would be far better served to allow the user to arm the Alarm in an Away mode or in a Stay mode. Currently the only mode is Armed Away which means if we have pets in the house, their motion will set off the alarm whereas if the option to arm the system in a Stay mode, the possibility of them setting off the alarm is removed and the App is much improved.

Just get a blank white screen now when I open the app. Running iOS 11.2.4. Glad I pay 21$ a quarter for something that has lost all functionality. PLEASE FIX or UPDATE the app!!

Absolutely useless app. It has the most basic of basic features which only turn on/off remotely, that doesn’t even work.

My push notifications stopped working when I got my iPhone X. Alarm company said they would send a note but it’s been months!
