Since I have my jawbone up never have a problem until upgrade. Now I can t sign in on my account. I even try to make a new account and nothing. If anyone can help me?

Initially worked perfect for me an now can’t connect with server for comparisons and charts. Now can’t log in or open any settings nor update password that doesn’t work any longer.

Why has the server been down for so long? I think this is a ploy to try to get us to buy a newer version. I’ll just move on to another brand if this is how Jawbone treats their loyal users.

Horrible app. Fitbit is so much better. I found this jawbone up move on the street, paired it to my phone after resetting it. I set my height weight and age in. Also, I put in my email and password and everything but it says, could not create your account. Try again later. What a waste.

I love this app, it’s so supportive and helps motivate me to workout. But since a few days before 5/27/2018 it stopped working. I can’t sync my up since I got logged out and I don’t know if/when it will work again.
App throws error constantly

The app throws errors on both "forgot password -> send instructions" and "create account" . That's awful. How am I supposed to use purchased product with non functioning app?
