Lost connection w/network...

I’ve used my UP move for nearly 2 years and been very happy. Now however, I have no connection with the UP network and have been logged out of my account. This has been for over a month and can’t gain access to my information. Can’t access any help for the app and my affinity for the product is starting to wane. Step it up, Jawbone. Pun definitely intended!

My husband and I each have an UP24 and it has worked perfectly for both of us. But the problem is we now cannot connect to the network. Have tried going to the website can’t get a hold of it there either. What’s up? If we cannot get this resolved we will have to go out and have them both replaced, but at this point in time will not choose another UP by Jawbone.

The software appears to need work. My Jawbone 24 no longer converts steps to distance. Also runs down quickly, and it’s relatively new. Thanks.

Love the UP App when it is working and the Server isn’t down (like it has been for about 4-5 days now). I really like how durable the UP Move is with the wider wristband. It is a little “lower tech” than the other UP 24+ and newer bands, but it gives me enough info to keep Moving. Hope they can get the server UP and MOVEing soon!! I wouldn’t want to have to give a bad review.

I bought my Jawbone Up Move last week and uploaded the app on my iPhone with no problem..until 4 days ago. The App keep saying that same data aren’t available because of some technical difficulties. I tried to reset the app and now I’m not even able to sign in. I tried to call numerous numbers but no luck. Is Jawbone out of business? I even tried to see if the actually app developer exist and of course the site is not responding.. very frustrating. I really like my Jawbone Up Move but this is just very irritating.. I suggest you don’t sell your products anymore if you cannot provide help for your consumers..I would give Zero stars if I could..


Won’t sync, deleted my account

The app would not sync correctly with my UP move after having it for a week, so I deleted the app and reinstalled hoping that would fix it. When I tried to log in, my account didn’t exist. I tried to create another account, and it would not do it because there was “no network”. Won’t log food intake, steps, or sleep correctly.


Too many glitches all the time

This could be really great if it wasn’t so buggy. It glitches all the time, doesn’t update, and freezes constantly.
