I have downloaded this app but now I cannot use it for free it’s asking me to upgrade to pro but it doesn’t load. ?

Works great with the app Video Saver (an app that downloads internet videos/songs) and Dropbox (an app that ultimately saves the files). Will play great for free with the exception of ads.
