Works Surprisingly Well

Reading bar codes in photos is a very nice feature. At first it didn't work, but after I zoomed and cropped the photo so it showed only the barcode of interest, it worked like a champ. I will admit; the photo quality was marginal, but the Zbar scanner read the cropped image perfectly.

I think it's great to be able to scan bar codes in magazines to get info. What a short cut. Good app.

Every time I try to scan anything it keeps picking up my heart beat so the image keeps moving in and out with my heart beat so it keeps telling me to be still even though I'm not moving, help with this issue please.

Can't use my location

Finds barcodes and information well. Just updated to iOS7 a week ago. The use my location function causes the app to crash. I do not know that is relevant as others indicate that they can use the location function. This, unfortunately is the major reason for my selecting this app. Shop Savvy used to work well for me but this is disappointing. Does the other features well though.

Scanner app is broken in iOS 7. Used to be the best scanner app for iPhone. Now it's a dud. Crashes when opening (at least) PDFs online. When will you be updating?
