Sign In keeps crashing

The app in general is very user friendly, however, whenever opening app to sign in, it keeps crashing. I have to try THREE consecutive times to sign on until it finally allows me to sign on. Please resolve issue. Thank you.

No matter what anyone else say the app works Great. Tons of options used it for over three years now had no issues.
What happened?

App works about 80% of the time. Sometimes it will crash when opening, but will work when relaunched. Recent update seems to have removed the ability to login using your finger print, Otherwise I would make this a 4 star. I hope this is not permanent.

seriously this is a waste of time. every single time I try to use it, they have to send me a security code via email, despite it being set up with TouchID. this is insane, just let me access my account.

C’mon peeps, you can do better than update this app once a year, can you?! Security, stability, compliance, FaceID on iPhone X, all sources have been available for at least 6 month...

Why do you require my fingerprint AND that I enter a code that is emailed to me and another if I want to transfer funds. Geesh!! I can’t see all the accounts I’m a signer on, including my IRA or my husbands account.

Not a good experience using this app. It kicks me out and demands I go through various forms of authentication way too often. Not much here but your current balance and some transaction history. Oh well ?

Not a great financial app. Pretty basic capability with little bells and whistles that other financial institutions offer as standard.
App broken - no way to log in

There’s a glitch in this app and there’s no way to log in. After entering your credentials, the app says it has to send you a security code and asks you to choose a method of delivery, but no choices appear. There’s no way to log into the app. I contacted Unitus by email, but they sent an auto response refusing to answer questions about the app. Both the app and their response by email reflect poorly on the institution’s customer service, security, and technology.
