Worst service imaginable

They stole $45 dollars from me, won’t release my music on the intended release dates, and the customer service is wretched. I’ve had UnitedMasters for about 2 years and have sent about 50 emails to their support team because they can’t stop messing things up.
Don’t do it
UM is Trash
Find another distributor this app has horrible customer service. I’ve sent multiple emails and haven’t gotten any replies. They will approve your music then on the release date they will not release it. It’s impossible to find your own music.

When I try to link my Accounts , It “Says Something Went Wrong , Try Again “. I can’t connect my YouTube or SoundCloud ? and it’s making me starting to hate the service & has been doing this for a month or so now Fix This Now !!!!!! And Fix The Image Reader For Album Covers .

I don’t know what going on now but it’s not letting me release my music when my schedule day tell me to release it it’s not letting me release my music at all so y'all need to fixed the bugs

So IVE HAD UNITED MASTERS FOR MONTHS I BOUGHT THE YEAR PASS . TODAY I TRIED TO DISTRIBUTE MY MUSIC AND IT TELLS ME WOULD I LIKE TO PURCHASE THE “SELECT ARTIST” BUT I ALREADY PURCHASED THE YEAR PASS I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WOULD LIKE A REFUND NOW !!!! I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THIS WAS A SCAM I DIDNT EVEN GET MY FULL YEAR PASS !!! I BOUGHT THE SELECT ARTIST PASS NOW ITS SAYING I DONT HAVE IT ANYMORE!!!! I DONT LIKE TO BE PLAYED ABOUT MY MONEY I WANT A REFUND NOW!!!!
I’m having some issues with the app

5 out of 5 stars I’ve released music with you guys before and it worked out great . Now I’m having issues tho. I’m trying to release my album and when I go to click on how much of the royalties I receive 90% or 100% it won’t let me click either one . I’ve turned my phone on and off cleared out the app and it’s still not working . I dm you guys on Instagram my insta is @2geekin . Please get back to me soon just a 17 year old kid with a dream .

I tried contacting support, but couldn’t find help. There was an error when I was creating my account and I didn’t get to pick a artist name. I have an account but whenever I try to log in it says Response Status Code was unacceptable: 401. I’m not sure what to do.

UnitedMasters has pushed my music back numerous amount of times. Don’t ever use united masters
