I submitted a song I while back and it said it would be distributed on December 26 now it’s the 4th of January and no distribution, what should I do?

When I first started using unitedmasters I had so much freedom on when I wanna drop my music and how much music I wanna release. Now they made the most basic needs PAID. All the things that made unitedmasters better than other distributors is gone. ALSO i have a release dats been pending since DECEMBER 10TH! All hope I had for this app is now gone.

They should add a feature if 2 artists wanna come together and make a collaboration album

I loved this app so much until it started charging to put songs on Instagram music, I feel like that feature should come with being able to release songs on Apple Music. At this point there just charging for almost everything and getting too money hungry!

I just downloaded the app, my first attempt at a login was failed, thought it was due to my internet connection so i went to get a better connection - all bars filled with Wi-Fi, attempted to log in at least 10 other times with a 401 error code.
