Great app with caveat

If you use your computer instead of TV for entertainment, then this app is for you. Laid back in your comfy chair or sprawled out in bed Unified Remote acts as mouse and keyboard in one universal remote. Want to blast some music on your computer while cleaning the house / apartment, just carry your phone w you w UR on it and u don’t have to hurry back to computer when a crappy song comes on. But what pisses me off with the app is first it drops the connection too often and second, Full-Version status does not automatically restore itself when you re-download the app - one of the suggested fixes for dropped connections.

I am completely blown away from how inconsistent these connections are to another device such as an iPhone used as a remote. Probably has a 3% chance of connecting to the iPhone; otherwise, the app just completely ignores any other connections that are trying to connect to it. The fact that this developer is trying to still ask for money for this app is absolutely disgusting, take this app down, it’s useless.

Eh, not what I was hoping for. Very glitchy. Hitting backspace causes the app to close. The keyboard doesn’t close when you switch to the mouse and if you type at all you lose all your commentary. Not worth my time. Good try though.

Holding CTRL requires you to pay for full version and app constantly crashes while typing on keyboard on iPhone XS Max... Look for other solutions
Connection and unistall

Kept dropping connection and the uninstall program didn’t work. I had to remove drivers manually. Three hours wasted.
New update breaks app

Been using this app for years. And I mean years. Never had issues with it up to this point. Now I get a screen on the remotes tab that just says could not sync and I have no access to PAID content. I put money into things that just work and this no longer does.
Hasn’t been updated in a year

I’m not for sure why but it doesn’t seem to have been updated in a year. Mouse control works well for me but hitting backspace on the keyboard crashes the app EVERY SINGLE TIME. It’s $5 to unlock all the bells and whistles but since it already crashes when using the keyboard I’m not willing to spend any money on it. So I can’t comment on any thing behind a paywall.
