Old version doesn’t work now. Why disable the old version when it was working fine?

Instead of buying a second tv for my room, and dragging my living room one back and forth when I wanted to watch in me bed, I tried to see if there was a way I could set up my monitor and link this app to my PC so I could use my monitor as a TV and my iPad as the remote I am highly impressed with this. It works like a charm, I can do anything I want with it and I don’t need to get up, it’s amazing!

Definitely worth the extra money for the full version; especially because that’s all you have to do. This app doesn’t have any shoddy memberships, you can choose to pay once and you’re good to go. I personally will use this while sitting across from my pc on my bed. Such a useful little novelty

a smart watch that acts like one too! just a suggestion to the team working on this already amazing app. would be cool to also be able to control certain features on my watch instead of having to whip out my phone.

The best remote app in the whole iOS App Store as far as I’m concerned. I used to use Mobile Mouse, but the PC server software for that has not been updated for over four years. While the Mac software has been updated constantly so that the remote mouse works well on that platform. But not on PC. For PC, we got ignored by that app. This is much better, there are way more functions, and the server app is modern and beautiful. I can do a lot more with this with my PC, sitting in my chair, I can do everything with the remote on-screen keyboard built into this app. It also has a function that shows you exactly what is underneath your mouse and the exact position on your screen. I don’t know what the complaint about this app is, this is the absolute best remote app I have ever worked with. Which is why I just bought the pro functions. It was well worth it.

its a great app but a few remotes dont work properly or at all like the youtube remote is only for web version and doesnt work at all for the web either .. also i used this app for years before i bought the full version on my android i stand by it and suggest it to everyone but i was a little upset soon after i got an iphone and i am unable to use the full version now if there is a way i can unlock it without having to pay again i failed to find that option pretty disappointed now

if you don’t have a keyboard this will work just fine for basic use. very easy to set up. happy with results

Use you old iPad 3 (or newer) as a rock solid Magic Trackpad 2.

Today is August 17, 2020 and I have been using this app with my Surface Pro 3 and a four monitor set up. The app allows me to use my iPad 3 (2011) as a stand along Magic Trackpad equivalent yet larger and maybe even superior. I use the app in dark mode and it looks great. Use the Basic Input mode. They have the instructions printed on the trackpad to help you remember the ways to interact with it to have successful trackpad experience. If you want the instructions to not be so prominent you can simply dim your screen to the darkest it will go. There are no buttons to push. I have used others including the Mobile Mouse app which is also good but that one will not work with my iPad 3. Also it has buttons which make it a bit more difficult to you. Way to go Unified Remote. Keep making your app to work with old iPads and people will be so happy to buy your full version as it is a great product at an affordable price. :-)

Loved the android version

I bought this App because I loved the android version but it's not close to what it is on the other OS for example I was not able to find the volume Up and Down feature using the phones volume physical buttons. I regret buying it I don't know if there was a better remote app for iOS I just went with this one because I really loved it in android. Last time this App was updated was long ago I hope the devolver don't forget it exists on IOS. Update: horrible experience the more I use this version the more I hate it, right click pinch to zoom none of that works! This app does not get any updates.
