Will not switch to other cameras

The previous app worked fine but this app is useless. I can only view camera 1. Uniden, please pay attention to these reviews and your Customers. We are the ones that keep you in business and put food on your table!

Upgraded to this app as was using the Uniden Guardian 2 app until my phone upgraded to the IOS11. Found this was the replacement. Works just like it did with the old app I was using. Unlike other users I have had no trouble switching between cameras. My cameras are the UDS655 system with a UDSC15 that is a replacement so I am glad I found this app and it works with my cameras.

Worst app ever...go back to the old app

Not sure why the wheel needed to be reinvented because the old app worked just fine. This app is GARBAGE!!! Fix it or go back to the old app because this one is useless.

Almost never works. Who programmed this rancid thing? Renders camera system utterly useless.

App does not work using LTE Network data

It works well from within the room being monitored on WiFi. But leave home and try use the app using network data (LTE) and you will be DENIED. What is the point of that?

The previous app we used with our cams was great. Then that app stopped working and was told we had to get this one. Now even though the screen at home shows all 4 cameras all the time we can only see camera 1 about 80% of the time and the other three about 5% of the time. Camera 2 is the closest camera to the base and yet we can rarely see it online (it shows find on the base screen and only has a window between the camera and the base plus 18 feet. I spent a lot fir the system and I expect it to work as intended. By the way SmartHome has very good and reliable online cams. Just saying.

The previous app Guardian 2 worked with all cameras all the time. New app I’m lucky I’d I can get to the first camera and if I’m remote that’s iffy. Software people need to get this fixed ASAP.

It is absolutely disgraceful that a company that has been around as long as Uniden has would ignore their loyal customers like this! I have had the uniden guardian camera system for years, and they are still selling it. And telling people that it’s compatible with iPhone and android... bull****. First they don’t update the guardian app until it finally doesn’t work at all. And just to kick you one more time when your down... they tell you to try this POS app cuz it’s now compatible with your “old” system (that they still sell in stores), and it doesn’t work either!!! SHAME ON YOU UNIDEN !!! You got my money once, but never again. Nor will I ever give another dime to any company affiliated with yours. DISGRACEFUL!!!
