I️ make usual purchases on this game and I️ love it, but one of my recent purchases did not go through. I’ve contacted, BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc and after they investigated my problem for about a week, They told me that all my purchases had been reflected and they refused to give me the item I️ bought. I️ don’t know who else to turn to about this issue. What can I️ do?

In great ninja war I play it and it says I lost (was connected to WiFi)connection and so I turned of the WiFi on my phone and played again and still it says I lost connection now every time it says that I lose points which is really annoying due to I’m almost Special Jonin. Is this anyone else’s problem?

Its good but it want let me even play the game. I just tried to play it and it was at 96.5% of data loaded and in the past when I tried playing it itclosed me out of the game and today when I saw it that far I prayed that it wouldn't close me out and then 3 seconds after I prayed it closed me out of the game.I really wanna know what to do. Somebody help me.

For the past two to three weeks I have not been able to change which type (heart, body, skill...) I can enhance. It has made it so I don't play very often because my character list is full. I like the game but will have to stop because I literally cannot start a mission with a full character list.

Great game love it playing it for a year and a half now tired of the charka increased on the world for clash pvp I have an amazing squad with an amazing strategy can take on any members but some how there is those player who have to wait 2turns use it In one with no special values decreasing there charka they didn't grab no charka glass it marking me mad cuz I a lot of people who are not good beat me cuz of this at first I though I was seeing thing or just something was off but know i know I am not plz fix
