Can’t connect after updates !!

I’m on iOS 11. And after an update is the store for the app. I get on Naruto Blazing to just see “Please update to the newest version”. So I usually lose my account after maybe a week of playing because no one has a solution to this problem. Might be done playing for good if this isn’t fixed ?

So the game was cool at 1st but then it went under maintenance for a whole day, then when I update it it shows me a thing that says “please update it to the newest version”? And I’m really confused, Fix these bugs all you’ll get a 5/5 Sorry, but for now it’s a 3/5 Have a good day.

I spent $7.99 on the NinjaPearlH thing or whatever and it definitely took the money out of my account but never gave me the pearls. I am livid right now and I know it’s only $7.99 but that’s still a lot of money to me that I earned. I would like to know if I can get into contact with someone that could help me sort this out, because I am very mad!

The game when I start or end a battle weather it’s story, mission, or multiplayer anything it’s comes to a screen where it says loading 1- through whatever items and the screen just stays there. I have an iPhone 7 Plus and this has never happened before it has started acting up recently. I’m playing the game a lot less but I enjoy this game. I don’t understand how I’m able to fix it I’m afraid if I delete the app to re download it that I’ll loose everything. I don’t know what it is but I’d appreciate if this problem gets fixed. Please and thank you.

Everything is perfect except sometimes in missions when choosing members to put in the team they just aren’t there...sometimes this goes away but recently no...like the latest Rock Lee Life of a Shinobi I’ve earned him and use him on every mission but when switching characters out he just isn’t on the character list...but other than that this is the best game I have ever played!!! So thank you!!! It turns out the entire bravery element has disappeared from my character list when choosing shinobi for a mission which is really frustrating so please fix!!!

The game is overall great, but can use a trading system so u can trade a character for another one you're after. As a bonus, plz lower the price of ninja pearls

For some reason it won’t let me start any missions it keeps saying connection error but every other one of my games is fine except for this one

The game is by far one of the greatest I’ve played the only problem that I’ve had is that the I start a mission or something and it doesn’t load I hate especially on pvp matches because I lose the match and I can’t rise in rank. It makes me rage every time it says it’s loading but it never does and yes I do have good WiFi I believe somethings up with the app. Idk If anyone else experiences this kind of problem but I hope it can be fixed.???
