Had a problem with the app crashing on startup. After deleting and reinstalling it now works fine again

I just purchased this app and when I added a few songs and gave permission to the app to access my music , suddenly the app turned blank with white screen. I waited and waited and it remained white screen. I can’t even access the fireplace!

I have downloaded this app thinking it would bring peace into my home and all it gave me was a headache. It did not connect to my tv nor could I connect my iTunes. I’m so mad I wasted money. Ugh straight disappointment. I want a refund

This apps controls are very poor. It will not play music nor do you have control over the playlist. Where's iTunes Radio? The visuals got it 2 stars but this really should be a freebie app. I've been taken for $1.99.
