Can’t sign in

I love all the product I see on ULTA APP!! The only problem I’m having is to order the stuff I’m loving, the app won’t let me sign in so can’t save favorites or shopping cart!! When I try to sign in (cuz I have an iPhone so it saves my sign in info for every site I shop so I can’t screw up) the app tells me someone else already using this email address!!! OH HELP ME CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT ?
Missing Filters

The latest update removed many of the filters when searching for products. So if I'm searching for shampoo, I will see every shampoo and I can't filter to look for just volumizing, etc. Which makes searching for anything pointless. And, considering the Ulta mobile site is not very friendly (re: drop-down menus), I can't find anything at Ulta anymore unless I'm on my laptop. Guess I'll be shopping elsewhere.

I want it to remember my credit card user ID and it would be awesome if if would remember the password by fingerprint too.
Has potential but been frustrating

The app seems thorough and has lots of features, but I am unable to properly access two of the bigger ones. Every time I try to book a beauty service, I get to the calendar/time portion and I get an error message. Also, I was interested in some beauty products and checked to see if it was available in the store near me and the app said it was available in the selected store. When I drive to the store to get it, a sales person says that they don’t carry the product. A little frustrating all around.
