Forgetful

I have a couple of Wemo switches. It costs $0.99 to unlock the 'Wemo component', which also hides the ads. Then, with some fiddling, you can set up buttons to toggle your hardware switches. This works. But this stops working when the app is restarted (eg, after a reboot, or after being forced-quit in the iOS multi-tasking control). You have to edit each button and re-associate its action with the relevant device. This app could be faster and more stable than Belkin's, so two stars for encouragement. But right now it's not particularly useful.

Really? Seriously?

Did you seriously demand that we "DON'T" give you a bad rating for problems? That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever read on here. Your ability to solve the problem has no baring on the rating we give... The rating is based off the current status of your app, not the potential future status because you might have the ability to fix it! I'd give you a bad rating just for being dumb, but you're app is horrible as well. It has one of the worst UI's for an app that I've ever seen.

Shows real potential

I want to like this app, I think it's something I'd really use. Sadly, it would crash whenever I tried to set it to use my Philips Smart TV...interesting that my TV shows up when I pick a different manufacturer, but selecting Philips LED TV makes it crash. For some reason there's no re-scan button either. Also, it's strange that the menu slides from the right side, almost every app ever has the menu slide from the left. And there's no indication that it's there, so the only way to learn about it is to watch the intro video. I hope to see some updates for the app soon.

NOOBS!!!

Who would invent this stupid app!! I went to devices and none showed up. They don't have the TV I have in my room or living room. Don't get this app! IT'S A THUMB DOWN!!!!! TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!! ALL MY THUMBS DOWN!!!!!

Truly Disappointing

It's like the makers of this app decided to stop halfway through the process and didn't finish it completely. When I go on my device page, there's nothing there although the app found most of my other devices. If I don't find my device, I can't use the remote. Absolutely frustrating and annoying. Can I get one good tv remote app around here?

Infinitely Customizable - Harmony App Replacement!

Ok, first off - let me elaborate where I'm coming from with my review as this app may or may not do what you want it to do. I currently have a Logtech Harmony Hub. Logitech's iPhone app is garbage as far as I'm concerned as it practically forces you to group things into macros and makes it difficult to customize them. Ulreco on the other hand lets you mix and match controls from various remotely controlled devices on one page - meaning I can have the TV power, A/V receiver volume and hue light controls all on the same page. It's not the nicest looking app nor the easiest to set up - but its the ONLY one that will let you do this (and do a good job of it). It's not necessarily intuitive to set up but the end result is spectacular and FINALLY lets me use my iPhone the way I want it - as a replacement universal remote where I don't have to be herded into creating useless macros/activities.

Useless
mrgadgetfl

I bought to work with my WeMo switches, outlets, and bulbs. It works only with the outlets, making it useless.

Okay
