Absolutely atrocious app, horrible to use, I hate that I have to use it for work. Constantly crashing, never loads tickets properly, can't take pictures without it crashing every other time. Worst app I've had the displeasure of having on my phone in a long while.
I tried this app and it told me to log in with my Gigwalk log in. I tried and it said user not found. The only option it's gives is to download the Gigwalk app but it just takes me to the app I already have downloaded and am using.
New user....I've done three "gigs" and I've been paid for two pretty quickly.......gigs are very easy....no, you're not going to get rich quick.....but pick gigs close by or in places you're going anyways and....what the heck.....earning 5 bucks is better than paying 5 bucks ;)
This new app is dreadful. The locations are all askew and it doesn’t update them properly. It shows me stuff hours away in other states. The old app with the pins for each job was far better. Please fix.
They had me do a food servicing audit telling me I would be reimbursed up to $25 for my food purchase. I completed everything and they only gave me $5 for the worst food I had to eat in Pittsburgh. I think they are just scamming people to eat at these kitchen nightmare places. No wonder the terrible place I had, had like 5 menus. It took over 2 weeks to get my $5 but other gigs they did not pay me for. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.
The app crashes as soon as it’s opened. I’ve already uninstalled, reinstalled, and still experiencing the same issue.
I was having a great time surveying for GigWalk Enterprises then, somehow, my email got signed out and I am having a hard time signing back in. However, I give this app a 5 out of 5 because heck, it is an awesome app for surveys.
I have now tried SIX of these Doordash gigs over the past couple of weeks. Despite reaching out and leaving multiple messages in the gig completion with VERY detailed descriptions and accessing the Doordash ordering site through 2 different white listed accounts... I even tried two different credit cards. I have not been able to complete orders and My irritation that no one is telling me if this is normal for my area or if there is something I am doing wrong. Six times over weeks- they always pay me quickly for the $5 attempt, but I would MUCH rather have the $25 in free. Food every time. I am hoping this reaches someone at the company and they look into my account with all the details and give me a response. Fingers crossed because downtown New Orleans has GREAT food options!
