App is absolute trash. Crashes. Event results are sllloooooooooow to update if at all making it near useless.

Listing every terrible experience we've had-so far-with this garbage app and the joke that is their "customer support" would take too long so I'll just list three and warn anyone else thinking of using this "app" to seriously reconsider. •Constantly kicking you off with a message saying 'your account is being used on a different device'. Which is never accurate. •Paid for a ppv MONTHS ago, it didn't work-and-still NO refund. I did eventually receive a standard email blaming they're contractor and that everyone will be refunded. Maywheather fight. -Meaning they're completely fine with stealing from their customers. •Don't ever expect any actual help when you have an issue. They will never help you-more than a standard email-template response, or "live chat" since speaking to an actual person is not an option. I could go on but I won't. Good luck

Been using this app for a few weeks and these are the two catches. 1. Any big or big-ish fight card will still be pay-per-view, and there’s hardly any price reduction for the subscription you pay. So you’re only getting half the fights, most of which end up on YouTube anyways 2. I’m in a “black out zone” which I guess means that my area doesn’t pay the UFC mafia it’s dues so I still can’t watch half the fights that aren’t extra money even tho I pay. In short this app is a ripoff. I’m about to cancel my subscription, just wanted to let other people know before they waste their money. UFC is great, combat sports are great, but screw you Dana White for pimping it out like a cheap hooker. You’re just a middle man anyways, without fighters risking their lives and livelihoods every time they entered the ring you’d be just another nobody con artist.
Stop paying them if you ever want them to fix it

Unsubscribe! I see so many people complaining about how terrible this app is and lack of customer support. Perhaps if Everyone who hates this app but loves MMA would stop paying for this app and write a comment on why the UFC lost their $10 a month, this app would get more attention. Sometimes people need to acknowledge who pays their paychecks, and in the business world if the revenue is still flowing they could care less about their less than 2 star rating and 150 comments on how terrible the app is.

I really do like this app a lot being that I love to watch UFC. The app has worked fine for me the only thing I would like to see is the newer fights be added to the fighters video library but I’m sure that’s an issue with money making from ppv sales but I still do love this app no problems on my phone or iPad. (And neither is new)

I have had so many bad experiences with this app it’s ridiculous, to having to pay for ppv’s twice, not being able to stream fights I buy, or the app just crashing. And are you ever gonna update for iPhone X?

When I watch fights often times the video will pause while the audio keeps going. I have to reload the fight and pick up where I left off. An annoying bug, also wish they added a fight filter like they have on the website

The live streaming is absolute garbage on this... if you press the 30 second rewind it somehow sends the video forward and you can’t pause it and leave the app even for a split second.. too “live” of a stream lol if this single problem could be fixed the entire thing would feel more streamlined and definitely 5-star worthy
