Worst service ever

This app is garbage. For how much the monthly service is it should be so much more but there is virtually zero customer service, the app help button supplies an email address which doesn’t work. The online chat function provided no response on multiple occasions. The app constantly crashed on me for many months and almost always on main fights, including todays Cerrone fight. Having to rewatch the fights later is not my idea of great service. Constantly had to log in and out because it didn’t recognize my subscription on any platform (iphone, appletv, or samsung tv). I have a hard time coming up with anything to say that is useful on this app. Seems the only thing that is consistent is the level of discontent of others in regards to this app. Seems ufc doesn’t care to fix it either, all about the money.

If you are looking at this app and wonder why it has 1.5 stars, it's because a bunch of people were mad about a certain fight that was not worth the money, because it was only about the money (cough McGregor cough). So if you are one of the blokes complaining about spending $100+ on a PPV, you've been had sucker! Fight Pass really is decent.

Constantly having to resign in. Constantly getting "Video unavailable" errors. A complete let down for a paid app. Change the name from fight pass to fight block. Criminals charging people to use this debacle. ?

They dropped the ball for everyone on the McGregor fight. Not just the app. They need to get a handle on that. Note: if you plan on using a VPN, accepting the location service will basically render it useless.

I purchased the Bisping vs GSP fight and was extremely disappointed of the app. My friends and I were very frustrated and annoyed that the app kept freezing/lagging every other minute. Definitely unacceptable when it cost $60 for the fight.

Signed up on my iPhone. Have never been able to log into any other platform, tablet, Xbox, computer. It will accept my log in but act like I’m not a subscriber on everything other than my phone. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response, live chat never responds. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

Over all this service is fine. I’ve used it on and off for years and they’ve been responsive and fair. The content is hard to beat.

I couldn’t buy ufc 217 on ppv. Guess they didn’t want my money. Also, your ads are at a different volume than the regular broadcast. Get things under control please.

App layout is horrible. And what's the deal with not watching the event in full screen? How do I do that? Waste of space. Update: I have found a way to watch it in full screen, but I think it should automatically go to full screen when you click on the fight or event in the first place. Also, some of the features don’t seem to work such as adding favorite videos to watch, and the history doesn’t seem to appear. I don’t know what’s going on with that, but they really needs to be a fix. Other than that, this app is OK.
