I always got car with low tire pressure. It will be safe if there is monthly maintenance check

This app some times gives the error “cannot connect to server”. Can’t rely on the app completely, it may leave the user stranded. Call center simply repeats “sorry for the inconvenience”. Even when you’re completely registered to the app, this happens. Some cars are also not in the best condition. With several warning lights on dash, which is a safety hazard. They may have to do a monthly maintenance check.

All the cars should have both options, per minute and daily. Not only daily. Because sometimes we have a lot of cars on the location that we need, but is only daily. The reservation should be longer than 15 min. And should have more cars on JLT area.
Car location not accurate

I the location of the cars is not accurate, several times u go to the car location and don't see it. If u call the customer service they will simply update the car location and cancel ur reservation.

Great concept but horrible customer service. Intentionally vague about rules I suspect because they actually make money off of parking mistakes and penalties. Be super careful, exorbitant charges and penalties and unreachable management. In response to comment below: you don’t actually care and you were quite literally never there to help. You are only worried about your social media image. You’ve asked me to email you, call you, tweet you, and Facebook message you without any constructive response. So I’m frankly quite done. I actually deleted the app a long time ago.

Great service on daily rentals. Very easy and hassle free access if you need a short term car hired. Customer service is highly cooperative.
The app is really bad

I had to try 3 times to register and every time I pick something it keeps clicking on other items , so when I click my year of birth 1983 it changes to 1985 and so on and once I was finally done it took my back all the way to the first page and when I edited what I needed everything else was erased ! Now I’ll just delete it as there isn’t any point in trying to register !

I have used Udrive twice now. Both times were a great experience, it is the perfect option for when we need an extra car. Way less of a hassle than renting a car.
