Completely useless service. You sign up and then you have to go through a complex verification process. That's fine, but then it tells you it will take up to 4 hours to confirm. A full day passes and nothing happens. You try to log-in and keeps saying wrong information (obviously because they're too lazy to confirm for over a day). Also says that the option to rent the car by the minute or hour isn't available and that a full day is the minimum which completely defeats the purpose. Much easier to just walk into a rental agency and take a car. They need to learn how to crawl before they even think of walking...

I have tried to sign up on two different occasions and I couldn't get through. I have sent them an email with a complain and their reply was not helpful at all. This is suppose to be convenient and its not. Its another failed project. Its easier to call a car rental company then use them

The app feels like crap.. I just use the service sometimes when my car isn’t available and boy I suffer!! I HAVE TO LOGIN EVERY TIME I NEED THE APP. Why do you log me out on every session?? Jeez. And btw, Udrive & ekar is the same crap. Same app. Same management. Same everything except branding. Both of their apps are the same crappiness.

Everything going smoothly and payment takes second but when it’s comes to login it’s fail and when it’s comes to customerservice its take century to answer

Everything is good about the app and it’s user friendly as well. However there are some slight glitches within the app as it doesn’t accurately locate the car or misplace our find which makes it difficult to reach the car. Otherwise the app is wonderful by itself. Will give it 5 star if you can update the app with new features.

Enjoyed the app and the service. Customer care a little hard to reach at times. But they are very helpful. Once reserved a car only to find someone else pick it up when I reached there. Otherwise all trips were enjoyable
