So far I really like this app. It's worked well for me. The courses I've taken have all had great content.

Retiring soon so learning Photography from Udemy is great! Fits right in to my schedule and I haven't found a lesson I don't like.

The app is great and I am very impressed by the thought put into the app flow. One small thing. If you turn Close Captions off, while in landscape mode with such orientation that the Home Button is close to your right hand, the app will flip the screen up-side-down.

Good app... I have access to content on the go and I love that I can download courses to access when I'm offline.

I work on higher ed web sites, and I know my way around online instructional tools. Udemy's lack of usability surprised me. Finding my way around a course in this app is not intuitive for me. I went back to using the web site on my iPad instead. Only problem is, the web site fails to upload images from my iPad in Q&A posts. So I opened the app to see if I could do it there. First of all, I didn't see any of the other Q&A posts in the app, even though there were at least 6 posts by others in that particular section. Then when I tried to click on my own review, the app completely froze. I killed the app and tried again, froze again. Sorry, Udemy, but your site and app are sucking on iPad for me. It's fine for watching videos, if that's all you want to do. But the class I'm taking encourages sharing and constructive criticism, so the Q&A sections are critical.

Their "terms of use" require out-of-court arbitration. If you decline, they delete your account.

I love the idea of the app. This like carrying my university wherever I go ???????

While the Udemy app has some glitches and isn't as full-featured as the desktop version, it empowers me to learn any time, anywhere. I completed a whole UI/UX class on the gym treadmill - excellent! I'm currently taking several courses and some work better than others but it's no biggie. The key thing is that I've replaced bored browsing while commuting or standing in line with fun, interesting, PRODUCTIVE learning and feel so much more satisfied at the end of the day. Thank you Udemy!
