App is good 5*** But their marketing guys cheated me. They said buy 1 and get 1 free as Black Friday deal. Free will be credited after two days. So I bought videos but I didnt get any free. When I contacted support they said this campaign was per selected users only. But in AD no where it was mentioned. Your app is very good. U can make money like that only. No need to cheat to get money and take bad name.
Not set up properly for offline use

I like to download my courses so I can watch them offline, but the app does not appear to work unless it has access to data. When data is turned off, I’m unable to watch my downloaded videos (I get an error message), and when I turn it back on, I then get a message saying my course videos failed to load. I’ve had to then reset the app to get my course videos working properly again. The interface for managing downloaded courses (and knowing what percentage of a course has downloaded) is not clear either. Has good potential but please fix your offline course issues.

I love udemy. I continue top spend money on courses. One of my issues with the site is some courses have omitted information because the authors want you to go to their site and spend more money. It gives you that used vibe a bit when you go to spend money on something and the authors go "If you want the rest spend it on this site here." I think the site is getting a little better at managing this problem.

I love Udemy - the content and the app. I have purchased MANY online courses from here and other sources, and I can tell you this platform is the best, bar none. Easy to use - online or offline - I can answer a cell call and it pauses then restarts. It saves your place when you leave any number of courses so you can start where you left off. I also love that I got in on this when the classes were super cheap - what an insane value!! I spend waaaaaaay more for way less content elsewhere.

If you want to learn something new, Udemy is here for you. The platform is easy to use and provides lots of value. Some courses are free, some are paid. I found that some paid courses are definitely worth the money. An investment in yourself is always good.
