Useful app especially if you play a lot of Ubisoft games on multiple platforms.

Ubisoft is great but I can’t even put my number on the recovery phone number keep getting the same message “This phone number cannot be associated with your account.Please try another one.” And I even try different numbers to get the same message over and over.

Can’t sign in

I tried several times to sign in and tried all methods given to recover my password but nothing worked, it might be a decent app if I could actually access it.

Don’t get it at all

Ever since I downloaded this app, all of my earn collectibles disappear. You spend and hour destroy drones to get a skin, guess what, we’ll say we gave it when we didn’t. Already I lost I say over 2,000 renown, a weapon skin, and a charm and nearly lost a alpha pack deal because of this buggy app

Can’t login with Xbox

I really like this app being getting achievements in games actually gets you cosmetics in that game but whenever I try to sign in with Xbox it always says loading and when I try to refresh it it says error.
