Dear Ubisoft, I have leveled up 10 times since the new update and release of Ubisoft connect and yet to receive any u coins for leveling up. Also, when looking at challenges for games it won’t let you view them sometimes or even register that the game is a game.

La aplicación es bastante mala, le pasa cerrando sesión a uno por mas que uno marque la casilla de recordar usuario. No se puede manejar la cuenta desde la aplicación hay que ir a las páginas. Y ni que hablar de que no se puede ver la fecha de caducidad de las unidades. Aplicación inservible.

Ubisoft usually always had issues with their app and website for the longest time. The website could use improvements but the app has become irritating to use. It used to show the activity feed fine but it doesn’t want to now. It also doesn’t show the updates for the games like if they were played recently. Both app and website need major updates to make both work better.

The whole update just changed that theme from white and orange to dark mode and some rainbow colors. I miss Sam’s daily login details. Ubi please bring the robot back. I thought that I was going to get my skins from PS4 to pc but I guess I’m wrong. RIP Jager black ice. I can’t add or play with friends from Xbox even though this whole rebirth is supposed to bring people together. Ubi’s communications is a 20/100.
