Works great...but only sometimes

I love being able to check balances, pay bills, etc on the go. Unfortunately some days it won't let me pay bills. It will read a message stating I need to register for bill pay....which I have. I can try in the morning unsuccessfully, and try later in the day and it works fine. Just wish it was more consistent because it's such a time saver to bank on the go
