Changed banks because of this app and their awful online banking

I moved my banking to Frankenmuth Credit Union because they haven't fallen so ridiculously behind the times as United Bay Community Credit Union. This app lost my fingerprints and password once a week and then locked me out. I had to call the bank to get my account unlocked and then get a new password, every week. The website is also an outdated mess.

Makes is so easy to know the balance in my account and takes a lot of hassle out of having to go in or call to transfer money to savings or checking

This app is almost perfect! I love being able to check my balance so quickly and am able to transfer money between accounts easily. My only complaint is I wish I could check and pay my Visa balance in there. If they could add this feature I'd give 5 stars!
Only one flaw!

This is a great app! My only complaint is that it hasn't been updated to higher IOS and doesn't fill my iPhone 5c screen! It will only fit cleanly on iPhone 4 or lower. Otherwise, still works great!

This app has changed and is not user friendly when first signing in- they did an update and I have had to call the credit union three times because it was not working on all the accounts I have - had used the old mobile app for years without any problems

I wish it could deposit checks like some bank apps, but it's super helpful for transferring money. It goes fast and is usually reliable.

The only complaint I have is they do not have the ability to setup direct deposit from the app as well as setting up bill payments from the app. If this was added I will change this to a 5 star approval.
