Where are my photos?

i kissed a girl

My iPad Air indicates I have 569 photos and 1 video in internal storage (camera roll). Your app indicates only 16 photos and 1 video. What is the problem?

The device has a number of good features. However I have tried to contact support and there is no way to do that. The support link is no more than a marketing site. It would be nice for the app to function in landscape mode on the iPad. Also when viewing a document the back arrow does not respond until having tapped it numerous times on both iPhone and iPad.

I love this product but HELP!

This is one of the best accessories in my camera bag for importing photos to my Apple devices. However, recently it stopped moving videos to my photo album, says the destination is full. This is an error as I have over 100GB of free space on my device. Please help me fix this. ?
