glitches you should fix

First of all I was on this when I wanted to get a new song I tapped on a crown and it said I had to pay. It wouldn’t even let me here it! I tried everything and it wouldn’t let me here the song and even decide if I want it. And majority of the songs were crowns. The ones that didn’t have crowns were not good songs

I really loved this app for a while now but tonight that all changed. For some reason tonight my ubeats app decided it would stop loading all of a sudden so I finally ended up reinstalling the app and all of the songs I made are gone. Waste of time (and great dance music by yours truly) gone. There’s no point in using this app anymore. I don’t recommend getting your amazing work lost using this crap.!

I love the app. Made some pretty good beats on it. But I have one problem with it. It practically begs you to buy premium. It died this by show you how to every five seconds and the only way to get any premium sound packs is to pay for premium. Wish you could just watch an ad, then use the premium sound pack for as long as I want instead of paying for premium for song packs I’ll never use.

If I uninstall this app will it continue to charge me a weekly fee? How do you cancel the charge after uninstalling?

I have been being charged almost $9 WEEKLY!!! For over 1 month For an app that does NOT give me an “account” function. After reading the terms Which says i can unsubscribe by turning off auto renew in account section. I did the free trial. I have tried to cancel since before my free trial was over and I have sent NUMEROUS emails from within the app and HAVE NEVER get a response! I want my money back and i want my subscription CANCELLED!!!

Legit app but customer service is nowhere to be found

This is one of the best apps in its category but my only issue is customer support is missing in action. I have emailed them several times trying to inform them that I keep getting ads in my app even though I am a paid subscriber so it’s quite frustrating when long ads appear when I pay to not see them. Hopefully I will hear from them now.
