Legit app but customer service is nowhere to be found – U Beats: Beat Pad. Music Maker Review

This is one of the best apps in its category but my only issue is customer support is missing in action. I have emailed them several times trying to inform them that I keep getting ads in my app even though I am a paid subscriber so it’s quite frustrating when long ads appear when I pay to not see them. Hopefully I will hear from them now.
