A clunky app?

I tried connecting to Alexa. And the hardware is built to listen to other app devices like Spotify, Pandora, etc. My complaint is that it even doesn’t work with Alexa if I don’t know this can connect better. Beats by Dr.Dre doesn’t require an app. And please update by removing the distracting BEEP sound when put to max volume. Mostly I hope your device can be wirelessly updated. (that’s a thing with Volvo and Tesla with their digital products) Sound is okay, But not as Beaty as beats or Sony Headphones.

I’ve tried connecting the Alexa many times it doesn’t it work every time I click on the app it takes me back to my home screen so I think there needs to be more changes made and it needs to updated once you do that I will then give this app 5 Stars instead of 1 star
